Summary
Back on Track works together with people who have been through problems with alcohol or drugs, offending, homelessness and mental health to create a community where everyone can learn and build skills to achieve self-determination, and live a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life. They offer a range of services, including courses that are a first step towards working in catering and hospitality, short work tasters, English and maths classes, and a cafe.

Proposed activities
They will develop their employability project, Launchpad, which will build on their work supporting disadvantaged people and increase the number of people they support into work, volunteering and further training. They will also continue their other services, such as the café and catering service, work clubs, and training programmes.
