What personal information does this service use?
The information held is the information you have provided in relation to your application for additional capacity for your general waste, including address, names, and ages of individuals that permanently reside in the property where an application has been submitted. The information will also include whether there are any medical conditions that generate additional waste.

What is your personal information used for?
The Council uses your personal data for the purpose of administering the Council’s additional general waste capacity policy, and determining if the eligibility criteria for a larger bin is met.

Who will we share your personal information with?
Your address information and whether your property is entitled to a larger bin is shared with our Waste Collection Contractor only for the purposes of delivering and emptying the larger bin.
