Yearly figures for reminders, summonses and cases sent to enforcement companies. An amended approach to reporting what has been sent to enforcement companies has been applied since 2018/19. The new approach provides a clearer picture of what is being sent to enforcement companies:

  • The number of cases issued is the total number of liability orders
  • The number of accounts relates to people liable to pay Council Tax
