What do I do if I find an error with the burial record extract?

If you find an error with any of the information contained in the burial record extract please use the 'contact us' link and complete the form, detailing where you think an error has occurred, information about the record including full name of the deceased, grave number, section reference, burial number and what you believe to be the correct information. This will help us investigate and amend our records accordingly.
