What rights do individuals have?

The new data protection legislation strengthens the rights of individuals. 

This includes the right to be informed (which this notice fulfils); the right to withdraw your consent; access your data without charge and, to rectify mistakes, object to its use and to seek erasure or restriction in defined circumstances
