People and communities Parks improvements funding 2021

Monitoring and evaluation

It is a condition of funding that all applicants will need to support monitoring and evaluation of projects.

A report and case study will need to be submitted at the end of the project, and for Parks Development Programme projects, a quarterly report will need to be submitted to the Steering Group, to help to measure and understand the impact of the funding.

Funding allocation and spend

All projects will be assessed, and due diligence completed before any funds are allocated.

All project spend must be accounted for and any variation or reallocation in spend must be reported back to and where applicable, approved by the Steering Group.

Any unspent funds must be returned to the Steering Group on completion of the project, they will be then reinvested into the capital investment programme.

We will seek to recover any funds that have been misused or not spent in accordance with the application.
