Description of proposed variation as given by the applicant:

Annex 3, condition 6 currently states:

“SIA door staff shall be employed on Friday and Saturday from 2100 to close”

Variation sought to delete Annex 3, condition 6 and replace with the following two new conditions:

  • “On Friday, SIA registered door staff shall be employed at the premises in accordance with a risk assessment to be carried out by the DPS.”
  • “On Saturday, SIA door staff shall be employed from 2200 to close.” The application seeks no other changes to the premises licence.

Proposed hours and licensable activities: No changes.

The application is in consultation until midnight on 08/04/2024.
