General description of premises as given by the applicant:

‘Forbici’ is a new premium Pizza restaurant concept from the Individual Restaurants Group.

The restaurant will place a strong focus on the ‘art’ of pizza making, with the cookline and pizza preparation areas visible directly from the kerbside.

Inside the restaurant, customers will be able to choose from a range of artisan
Pizzas, complimented with a carefully selected drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) menu. The ‘Forbici’ concept shall also provide customers with the opportunity to ‘takeaway’ and enjoy at home.

In addition to the restaurant, a small range of tailored merchandise (pizza flour, serving boards, and other pizza accessories) shall be available for customers to purchase.

Proposed hours and licensable activities:

Provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music):
Sun to Thurs 11pm to midnight, Fri to Sat 11pm to 1am

The provision of regulated entertainment (recorded music) will take place indoors.

Provision of late night refreshment:
Sun to Thurs 11pm to midnight, Fri to Sat 11pm to 1am
The provision of late night refreshment will take place indoors.

The supply of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises:
Sun to Thurs 10am to midnight, Fri to Sat 10am to 1am

Opening hours:
Sun to Thurs 10am to midnight, Fri to Sat 10am to 1am

The application is in consultation until midnight on 14/05/2024.
