We have a wide range of events and activities for you to attend and get involved in. These include:

  • Holiday activities - From athletics, football and BMX biking to orienteering, sailing and making dens, Manchester hosts one of the biggest range of activities programme, available throughout parks, leisure centres and swimming pools.   • Health Walks - Good for your health and good for socialising. Our Health Walks are led by Park Wardens, and have been developed in association with the Health Promotion Group. There are regular health walks across the City, offering you a great opportunity to explore the park with friends and keep fit at the same time!   • Sky Ride Local  - Fun, free community bike rides that offer a great way of getting out and exploring the local area!  These rides are led by British Cycling trained ride leaders, who are on hand to provide encouragement and support whenever you need it.  With rides available at a number of different levels, there really is something for everyone.  Whatever your age and ability you can enjoy some fun, free bike rides with Sky Ride Local.
