We consulted on the Oxford Road Corridor area at the end of 2017. We now want to consult on a new Strategic Regeneration Framework Guidance (SRFG) which provides more detail about four sites within the Oxford Road Corridor. The sites are:
- Upper Brook Street
- Former Elizabeth Gaskell Campus
- Wilmott Street (Former Salvation Army)
- Birchall Way
The SRFG document will form a companion document to the endorsed Oxford Road Corridor Strategic Spatial Framework and includes key priorities, site analysis, development context, key diagrams and relevant planning policy considerations.
The purpose of this draft framework is to help to guide the development of these sites in a consistent way that recognises the Oxford Road Corridor’s location and physical characteristics.
