Transformation of the building
The Town Hall Extension was transformed at the same time as the Central library. Work began in 2011 and was completed by Laing O' Rourke in 2014.
With the restoration work and ingenious redesign of the space, the project will ensure that the building meets the modern needs of staff and visitors.
